Booking Conditions
Normal rentals are by the week, beginning on Saturday at 4 pm and ending on Saturday at 10 am. Discounts are available for long rentals. Stays of less than one week (minimum 3 nights) will be accepted at day rates only if space is available at the last minute. Rental prices are per house, regardless of the number of occupants. However Italian laws require us to remain strictly within the limits of the authorized maximum number of occupants of each house or apartment. Pets require special permission. A 30% booking deposit must confirm each reservation. All but EURO 45,00 will be refunded in case of cancellation up to 3 months before the scheduled arrival date. There is no refund of deposit for cancellation later than 3 months before arrival. The rent balance is due one month before arrival. No refund will be made for cancellation after that date.

()Security Deposit*
When the keys are handed over to the holiday-maker, the security deposit must be paid, in cash and in EURO to the owner or his/her representative. Such amount will be refunded at the end of the holiday less any deduction made for damage caused to the property. THE OWNER OR HIS/HER REPRESENTATIVE CAN REFUSE ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY IF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NOT HANDED OVER. The holiday-maker is nonetheless responsible for any losses or damages caused to the property or its contents during the holiday. Should the holiday-maker decide to leave the property prematurely the owner or his/her representative is authorised to refund the deposit to the holiday-maker by post (less any deductions for damages or any additional expenses) and only after having checked the inventory and the property in question.
