The structure consists of a central building and two charming dependances.

Main building (sleeps 8).
On the upper floor, which one approaches by means of a “parata”, a grand entrance, there is a study/living room, four bedrooms: one double room with bathroom and bath tub, one twin room with a big terrace, bathroom and shower, two twin rooms and a separate bathroom with shower. The ground floor, on the garden level, consists of an ample sitting room with fireplace, a dining room, a delightful and fully equipped kitchen with storage room and an opening on the courtyard, with a loggia designed to have lunch or dinner “al fresco”, and a guest bathroom.
The two dependences, obtained from the house’s original annexes, perfectly reflect the style and comfort of the main building.

Forno (sleeps 2): consists of an antechamber, a double room and a bathroom with shower. there is an external old stone wood-fired oven which is still fully functional.

Capanno (sleeps 2+2): is a cosy sitting room with a gallery with twin beds, two sofa beds and a bathroom with shower.

NB. It is possible to only rent the cenral building (sleeps 8) keeping the two dependences closed for privacy, with a price reduction.

All of the area surrounding the house has been landscaped with great attention to detail, using plants native to the Mediterranean region, such that one will find flowering plants in all seasons. Buds, flowers, colorful leaves all contribute to outline and at the same time divide the different sections of the forest region, with pines and cork-oak to the west and holm-oak and white oak to the east.
Agriturismo Il Paradiso in Toscana - Piscina Next to the “suite” of the external wood-fired oven there is a pleasant circle of boxwood and viburnum around a grassy field, underneath large holm-oaks which give abundant shade for a relaxing breezy summer; much secluded and peaceful.
In front of the other building, “Il Capanno” (“the Barn”) is a large old paved terrace ideal for sitting out at night and for playing table tennis, covered by the shade of a very old holm-oak (hundreds of years old !). From here one can admire the profusion of beautiful roses, which are splendid of themselves whilst at the same time leaving an unobstructed view of the pine forests up higher.
Around the central living section there are terraced grassy areas.
The porch outside the kitchen is surrounded by bushes of sage and rosemary; it leads the way to the swimming pool which is surrounded by brooms and olive trees.
The pool is above ground (mt 4,5x10) (15/5-30/9) and, having been placed on a slope, it allowed therefore a large area of wooden decking on one side, the rest having been buried in a double hedge of boxwood trees and teucrium.
Large sun umbrellas, beds and stretchers enable an even more comfortable way to savor the absolute quietness of a place so uncontaminated …. !
